[Premium-Rx] HP355D Repairs

hello to all on the list

recently acquired some extra HP355D step attenuators on ebay

naturally several resistors burnt out

the resistors are non-standard values and half percent tolerance
and presumably carbon composition types
(to give the 50 ohm in/out impedances)

(1) anyone out there know where to source these resistors?

(2) any tips for reconnection by punching into the diecast channels?

(3) in general what sort of loss of VHF response will i see without
     sweep alignment of the resistor shielding

(4) is there a documented procedure for sweep alignment of 
      the attenuators, the operating and service manual just says
      to send them back to hp
