[Premium-Rx] How to interconnect the RF-590A to the RF-1310A and amplifier

I guess I was not clear in my first post as I did not receive any 
responses. There are several things I needed to know:

1.  Does anyone have the definition for the configuration codes for 
the RF-590A and RF-1310A that appear on the Configuration Label 
on the external left(belt buckle to front panel) side of these units.  
This information is not published in the manuals to the best of my 
knowledge and is different from the codes for RF-590 / RF-1310 
units.

2.  Secondly, I need to know the interconnect cabling between the 
RF-590A and the RF-1310A. What connector to what connector by 
name and id e.g J9-590 to J10-1310.  

3.  Third, I need to know the pinouts of the necessary cables in 
order to build then unless anyone knows of a source for these 
cables.

4.  Last,  I asked about interconnecting the RF-1110B amplifier and 
RF-1124 PS with the above connection.

Evidently this is a special amplifier.  It has dual stages as I stated 
with only two inputs and to outputs.  It now appears that this is only 
for a transmitter site unless external antenna switching and external 
combining of the outputs is accompolished separately.  

So I will concentrate on connecting the receiver and exciter until I 
can get more information on the PA.   

5.  Has anyone found any other PAs that would work with the RF-
1310A and RF-590A.

I hope this has made clear what I was asking.
