[Premium-Rx] WJ tracking generator.

I am currently playing around with a WJ 9073-2 tracking generator, but it
wants instructions on how to work, expecting serial data for scan / track
rates (??) and a friend told me that it can be married to the WJ 8618A
receiver.  Just making a guess at what it might be, if it is, in fact a
female BNC by the name of Scan Out.  If by chance it is, what does the
command protocol consist of, so that I may actually look at it with a scope,
and sort of know what I am either looking at, or for.  Or if I am off base,
please perform course correction !
