[Premium-Rx] Preselector for Harris RF-590

Murphy Junk is advertising a preselector for the RF-590 on his web site:

Does anyone have any experience in installing this puppy in an RF-590? Is the
unit complete or are other parts required? It appears to be significantly
different than the Digitally Tuned Bandpass Filter (A 19) on the web site. Could
it be a RF-596-01 Half Octave Filter? If so, does anyone have the necessary
manual supplement SU-10073-0019-1?
