thanks  for  your  mail.  you are right, the XK2100s receiver is a very fine
unit,  so  the XK2100 is a great TRX, too, yes i knew you know it, i know it
VERY  WELL, too, hihi, see my history from grandpaŽs and daddyŽs qrl..., but
as  good as it is, the BEST receiver ever from all RF-figures (RF-frontend +
Oscillators),  NF, LON, IP2, IP3, IS the AEG/DASA E1803 and its predecessors
Telefunken  E1800/3  and  E1800,  and there cannot be any discussion, IF you
measure ALL radios with the same procedure, even they can be very different,
see  the  testprocs  of  ARRL, RSGB and DARC, many companies, if tested, any
time  the  AEG  has  the  best  results.  i.e.  IP3  =>  +45dBm  WITHOUT any
preselectors  /filters,  etc,  just  the  LP/HP  and  the  mixer ..., if you
testproc tells you it has only 38!, your other receivers will show 7dB less,
too ...

Telefunken  developed  its  radio  on the known physical limits and no other
company can (from reputation) use a even OLD Telefunken patent.
