The 700B manual does contain some sheets for the 700A and is very 
similar in other respects as well too.

Tim Eaton, tech_man_47710 at yahoo.com was in the process of putting this 
onto a CD last I heard (April). Check with him too.

It is also available "new" from MA/Com. Big $$$.
