[Premium-Rx] Racal Rubidium Frequency Standard

I belong to another group called TACGPS. They have a controller that 
disciplines The rubidium standard to a GPS signal. The timing from the 
Rubidium standard has an increase in accuracy of at least 10 fold. The 
group is sponsored by TAPR (an amateur radio digital group). The kit is at

An article was published in QST for a GPS disciplined standard
