[Premium-Rx] R3030A keypad is debounced

OK, I didn't blow up the shack, but the potting goop is indestructible, so a
handy trace cut removes the 3.3uf cap from the circuit. The tiny 10uf/16V
cap fits with molecular clearance to spare on the backside of the board.
The keypad is debounced. The hardest part of the operation is to lose that
special R3030A-only button push technique. This is pretty crude
debounce...just an RC time constant...the quick & snappy button pushes don't
work any more. I expect I might play with the cap value a bit...maybe a
7.9225uf cap would be perfect, who knows.

The trace to cut: orient the board component side up, connectors toward
you. Locate U6...trace to cut runs right out the middle top of U6 to the
orange/orange/green cap about 1/4" from the top of U6. Cut trace...tack
10uf cap to back of board. I'll be replenishing my low-value cap supply
this evening... will try a few slightly lower value combo's for that
custom-deluxe, hand selected feel.

For future reference, if anyone knows the secret...what will safely clear
away that potting material? I can't believe Cubic has so much confidence in
this cap that they embed it in stone.
