[Premium-Rx] noise reduction

I put a large isolation transformer (20A windings) adding EMI and RFI
filters at the power entrance to my radio room. The biomedical isolation
transformers are excellent as they have a groundable copper shield between
the primary and the secondary. They seem to be common around here as
surplus. It really cuts down on VLF to SW noise riding the power
lines. The Power One units are especially nice.

Several of the units I have run across have what is refereed to as a
"Kelvin Ground." Does anyone know what this is?

Best,
Terry O'
