Hi Gentlemen,

its me again! I wish/think the name of the list would/should not be changed!

I know that many professionel receivers, we are in love with, OUTPERFORM
most of the new ham-equippment, even the FT1000/X or any ICOM-IC7xx/8xx/9xxx
cannot reach these sometimes 30 year old beauties. ulrich graf found, that
the Collins KWM-380 outdate/equalize most of the newer transceivers, that
can only mean, he wrote, that Collins (and professional radios developer)
always were near possible physical limits OR the "Ham-Radio-Companies"
"slept" the years over and still DO ... I think that a main factor in this
is, too, the resources of Racal, Plessey, R&S, Telefunken, Harris,
NRD-professional, etc etc have been always much better with much bigger
funds (from mil-requests) to create, what we love today ...

PREMIUM to me is, what i like most without having to accuse me for that ...

Please do not touch the name of the reflector... Greg ...

Yours, Christine,

YES,i have now more time, exams are over, hihi ...

BC> There is a basic outline for receivers that apply to this list and if
