[Premium-Rx] Manuels,New listof radios.

Hi to all!
The grand idea of a library of selected manuels is a very good idea as long as we dont fall into legal stuff about copy and distrobution of rights and provisionls.
A cd is better but like Frank said very slow for eager"s like us.
There are many radios out there that might be added to he list butwe must have a way to filter them.
I'm sure that the idea"s presented to the forum will evolve to a graduate decisionby most of us.
Again an archive of manuels is a super idea.
