The short answer is 'Yes'

Greg and I are working on a major extension to the list - it should be 
ready for public viewing shortly. It will be a companion website with info 
of various kinds.

Depending on volume of stuff, we could either make it available only 
on-line, or offer it on CD for a small fee.
