[Premium-Rx] RF-590 Survey Info

Here is some basic information about my Harris RF-590. It came out of the
American Embassy in Cairo.
Somebody a lot closer to Harris than I am could probably make light of the
ROM versions. The manual says that the ROMS were configured at the factory
and are not owner writeable, which is obvious. I wonder if building new
control software might be facilitated if certain ROMS were first updated or
reconfigured to some universal standard? From here on I'm completely out of
my depth......
