[Premium-Rx] CD Manual for RF-590

I gave out a bum steer earlier. I have found a CD manual reference for the 590:

'I obtained a CD manual from American MilSpec....it's fair, diagrams could be
better, but NO supplements.'

FWIW, I've not seen the CD.
