[Premium-Rx] Information on RAM for Eddystone 1650 ???

Fellow Members:

I have been contacted by Xu, an amateur radio operator (BD2RH) in China.  He evidently has a problem in the RAM of his Eddystone 1650?  Is there an Eddystone collector in the Premium-Rx membership that can assist this individual?  I assume any words of encouragement or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have an Eddystone 1650 receiver, but the RAM has died, would you please tell me where can I get this software or the model?  Can you reprogram it?  I just e-mail to eddyspare at orangenet.co.uk  , but it has bounced.
