I'm not sure if they are the same but Pace (maker of the solder sucking machine)
made a lit of replacement eyelets, swaging tool, and tracks for PCB repair. It
was time consuming to use, but would do long lasting repairs. Some rosin based
liquid flux and a clear liquid 2 part epoxy was also a help.
If you have a long track t replace, 3M and others make adhesive backed copper
tape. There was also a kit made by Bishop (?) for making pseudo-PCBS by
sticking elements to perf board. Some of the kit's contents were useful for PCB
repair.
BTW, a low power stereo microscope is a big help.
