[Premium-Rx] CIR-KIT PCB REPAIR KITS

Hi,
    has anyone got any opinions of the CIR-KIT pcb repair kits, made in USA, 
they contain loads of replacement track bits, plated through hole bushes, 
edge connectors etc. Anyone come across these? Dave
