Can you put up some scope pix of the waveform, and/or such info as
you have managed to glean? I'm interested, having fought various 
AstroData IRIG encoders/decoders to a draw back in 1965-67. 

Hell, if you decide you don't want it, I'll put up with having it in
the shack here.
