[Premium-Rx] VLF Amp - QST Magazine

Hello to all. I was wondering if there is anyone out there that can help me 
obtain a copy of the VLF amplifier/active antenna article which, I believe, 
was published around September 2001 in QST. The amp uses a Crystalonics CP666 
super-linear JFET. I have been unable to locate a copy of the info here in 
the UK. I am looking to build one of these amps, so the circuit and setup 
instructions would be helpful. Thanks in advance.   Tom
