[PPRAANet] Some antenna help requested

All,

  I'm wondering if any of you have experience with a Chameleon CHA PRV SOTA model antenna.  I'm in contact with a new General licensee who has one and is having seriously high SWR issues.  Nothing he has attempted will bring it into spec so far.  No help from the factory rep which is unexpected.
