[PPRAANet] 2023 Picnic Fun

Just a reminder that the 2023 PPRAA Picnic is this weekend - Sunday October 1, 2023 from 11 AM to 4 PM @ Fox Run Regional Park - Pavilion #4 - more info on PPRAA.org

If all goes as planned I’ll be there around 9AM to set up a station, so if you’d like to see what I do, make some contacts, hunt some POTA stations, etc. feel free to come early.

The tail end of the Antique Wireless Association -  Amplitude Modulation QSO Party will be happening during the picnic.  I think this will be a great opportunity to use AM (I rarely do), perhaps learn a bit about contesting, and give everyone a chance to make some contacts.
