[PPRAANet] Anyone have a small metal lathe?

I'm looking for some help to make a metal part to repair a 
piezo-electric device. The part is a 5/16" diameter stainless steel rod, 
about 3/4" long, and it needs a step cut in the end to hold a spring, 
and a hole drilled to hold a steel pin.

I would like to make a small quantity (ten or so) as I occasionally 
repair these devices for my wife's colleagues as well. If someone has 
the equipment to make these, or knows somewhere I could get a small job 
like this completed please drop me a note or call.
