[PPRAANet] SOTA Alert

Greetings everyone,

 

Tomorrow (Wednesday), Steve/WG0AT and I (KD8EQA) plan to activate Boyd
Mountain (W0C/SL-038) at about 2:00pm local.  My line-of-sight tool suggests
we should be able to work stations in Pueblo, Pueblo West, Central/Eastern
Colorado Springs, Peyton, Calhan, Falcon, Fountain, and Guffey areas.  I'll
start on 146.52 MHz, and then move to hunting HF POTA activators.  Steve
will be testing his new Elecraft KH1 rig (CW) on HF bands, and there's a
good chance you'll be able to pick up his ground waves.  You can check
