[PPRAANet] N0BAA Aircraft Scatter

N0BAA here. Looking for anyone around Colorado who would be interested in
aircraft scatter. Or has some other nets/sources for me to ask around about
aircraft scatter. I would like to try it.

It should be pretty simple. Just a 70cm or 2m beam required and of course
the hard to come buy all mode 2m/70cm transceiver.
