[PPRAANet] DSL Unreliable in COS

That is why we dropped CenturyLink DSL.  Comcast is too expensive.  We
received a message from T Mobile a few months the ago about thier wireless
internet, using the 4 and 5G network.  We went with that, and have had
really no issues.
