[PPRAANet] DSL Unreliable in COS

My DSL went out on Friday during the wind,
It just came back on, 2 days later!
Don't rely on DSL for any emergency operations or even after action reports.
They said it was a power issue so they don't have any redundant power supplies or back up systems.
This is Century link DSL. Their trouble reporting system said it would be fixed by
4:41 pm on Saturday, i wasn't, they can't predict repair actions.
