[PPRAANet] Colorado Springs Sesquicentennial

For those who do not know, the club has been running a special event station, call sign W0C, for the Colorado Springs Sesquicentennial, that is the 150th anniversary of the city.  As of my last check we have made over 2500 contacts to more than 40 states and to 99 countries.  Kudos to all our awesome W0C operators!

We will be going thru at least this Saturday, so we have a couple more days to tally up even more contacts.

This Saturday is the big celebration downtown.  The club will have a booth on Vermijo Ave between Tejon and Cascade from Noon thru 8 PM. We are hopeful that the weather won’t be too bad, but this is Colorado, so we will be prepared.
