  No, this isn't a plea for gift cards for a niece that I don't have.   I'll start with an apology to all who got emails from "me" asking for such a favor.  I'm truly sorry that this happened.
  On a more positive note,  I just received back my Heil Pro Set Elite headset from Heil Sound.  I bought it through HRO at the Colorado HamCon at Keystone in 2016.  About a year ago,  it started to deteriorate and then one earpiece just broke away.
  I didn't really know how to handle it at that point.   I had mentioned it to Don, N6JRL, at a QCWA meeting.   He helped me to contact Bob Heil directly and Bob was kind enough to walk me through the procedure to return it for repairs.
  I just received it this afternoon and it's perfect!  Not having it really made it easier to get into doing digital exclusively,  but I got into Amateur radio to TALK!  I'll pick up those 35 countries I need for DXCC one way or another and now I'll be using USB phone too.
  Just singing the praises of Bob and Heil Sound.
