[PPRAANet] WIRES-X Node

I have talked with Tony, N0AMY about his WIRES-X node on 146.42MHZ. He has graciously agreed to change the frequency to 146.415 in accordance with the CCARC Frequency Use Plan. That change has been implemented. The node is located in the general area of Penrose Main hospital with the antenna about 30 feet off the ground. Please let me know if this change does not resolve the interference issues.
