The answers from others are correct.  In our area, start with the PPFMA machines as that is the primary system used by ARES and if no answer or you can't hit them try the CMRG 345 machine or the MARC machines, which are also backups for ARES. The Colorado Connection machines are monitored by CERN so are also a good choice.

Remember, first choice should be phone, if possible.
