[PPRAANet] Timeline for call sign license plates

 This would have been late 2017, but I think I even went as far as putting in a comment that it was a "slash zero" somewhere on the online form.  (Covered my bases!)

If you pull up the pertinent form to request a Vanity Plate, it should mention that 0s are not allowed on the other plates but are allowed for an Amateur SCL plate. I’ve seen plenty with zeros on them.
