[PPRAANet] Video monitor or adapter that accepts PAL video

Good evening,

  I’m looking for a monitor, tv, adapter, or VCR that accepts composite PAL
video as an input and displays the video or adapts it to an NTSC composite
signal for connection to a display.

  I’ve got a vintage computer that outputs PAL and have tried two different
Chinese adapters that do not work.

  I only need to confirm that the conversion works with your equipment so I
can obtain my own solution without wasting any more nickels and dimes on
adapters.
