  To All:

  Just sitting around doing squat! Still on the CDS and BLT theme, Can't 
Do Sh-t and Bending, Lifting, and Twisting routine.

Talk about freaking boring!! I've seen most everything on TV at 
_/least/_ once, some 3 or more times.

I'm legally ingesting what Ozzie Osburn only wishes he could. LOL! LEGALLY!!

Pain pills, pain patch on my back, the cancer meds, etc. Damn the one I 
get costs around $15 K per month! Sh-t if I sold it

instead of swallowing it, in 3 months time I could buy a pretty fancy 
car/ truck!! LOL!

I do my exercises the PT recommended and sit and watch the birds/ people 
go by on the sidewalk from the sliding glass door!

I've been stuck so many times with needles I now know what a pin cushion 
feels like.

Take care, wish I could get out and about more but such is life. Golden 
Years my butt. If I'm in my Golden Years I'd hate to see

what it would look like if I was in my tin can years!
