[PPRAANet] Another Work Day

Hi to all,
On Thursday of next week, 8/6/2015 we will have a work party at the PPRAA site at the EVFD at Ellicott.  We plan to lay out the base of the first tower and to lay out the second tower.  We will also layout and assemble the Cushcraft A3S yagi that will go atop the first tower. We need to inventory and lay out all the coax at the site to determine how much we have so we ca determine how much we need to purchase.  We need to do some arranging of tower items and make work inside the trailer and shed.  
Please let me know if you can go and help with this project.  Reply to my email above.  I can take 1-2 people in my car.  Other than that we will try to arrange a car pool among those who want to go.  We plan to leave my QTH at 8:30AM, a bit earlier if those going are ready ahead of time.  We will try to be finished by 12-1PM.  We have found with the heat that working in the afternoon is not wise.  Please bring your lunch or plan to go to the nearby sub shop at your expense iif you want lunch.  Bring your favorite beverage to stay hydrated while working.  Bring gloves and sunscreen and suitable headgear for working outside.
My apology ahead of time to those that would like to come and cannot because of other commitments......work etc.  We will work to arrange the next work party on a Saturday.  We understand there is an ARES meeting the following Saturday so we felt it would be better to have the work day on a different day.
BTW, in addition to the items that were mentioned in a previous email for donation to the PPRAA we also need surge (lightning) suppressors, coax switches and ground rods.  Anything along these lines will be greatly appreciated.  Contact me at my email address above to arrange pickup.  We could also use another small table (4') and another chair or two.
