[PPRAANet] Brief update

I am now released from rehab (after 5 months) and at home.  Hope to keep getting stronger and get into a contest or 2 shortly.  
 
Appreciated all the kind thoughts, words and prayers for my recovery.  
 
To be hoest, it has been the year from hell, but will get better.  I lost over 45 pounds in the process through a combination of lousy food and exercize.  Down to 203 lbs, my birth weight.  Hi Hi.  
 
The system (internet) at the rehab facilty didn't work 99% of the time.  But every once in a while I'd get lucky and receive some e-mail on my iPad.  Most responses to them never got sent.
