[PPRAANet] Region-2 District-2 ARES: House Bill 14-1216

Yesterday I received the following update from Sen Brophy:
 
"The bill will be heard in committee on the 17th of April.  I plan to add some clarifying amendments, but the preemption language will not fit under the title of the bill.


Greg B." So, it looks like PRB-1 type language might be shelved for now and may have to be addressed next session.  Still, keep an eye on this bill, especially if you live or have a station outside of incorporated areas.   I will keep people posted if I hear anymore.    v/r
