[PPRAANet] Abbreviating "Colorado Springs"

I think that the USPS' preferred abbreviation is COLO SPGS. It's enough to 
still make the "CO" afterwards redundant, yet there is hardly any ambiguity. 
At least for domestic QSO's.

Hello CW fans. It takes a long time with a straight key to send "QTH is 
Colorado Springs CO"---it seems like forever. Hints on how to best 
abbreviate it? It's handy that "Colorado Springs" more or less makes "CO" 
redundant, at least for normal QSOs. But still...there must be a better 
way...
