[PPRAANet] [MHDXA] Scanner Freqs...Canyon Fire

The main comms will be on the 800 mhz trunked system.  If you have a 
newer scanner you should be able to pick this up.  The Uniden Home 
Patrol is a pretty cool scanner with nearly all the frequencies 
available via software to program in.  HRO usually has them in stock.
