[PPRAANet] SCAM email from ARRL -IMPORTANT !!!!!!!

FYI,

There is a SCAM email going around purportedly from the ARRL (Copy below). 
They are aware of it, so just delete it.

I would say,  if this piece of garbage was concocted at the ARRL, they have 
serious problems within their HR department.  The sentence structure, use of 
verbs, adverbs, nouns, adjectives, participles, past participles, placement 
of the subject (and whatever else I have long since forgotten in my old age) 
is atrocious;  maybe a repeat of K1 though K6 grammar would be in order for 
the author!!!

Database.

our network system cannot be activated to their prior state, so you are 
advised to send it back to us as indicated in the below order:

However, the requested data above are to be sent to us after clicking on
