[PPRAANet] [GMCC] CO QSO Party question

  Hi Dick do you know if anyone answered your e mail from the committee 
?  I had plans on working the COQP but noticed they still have the rules 
from last year still up.  I guess if nothing changes in the next week or 
so I will cross this one off my list of contests to do.
