[PPRAANet] [GMCC] CO QSO Party question

I agree, Jim.  But, if the people on the committee don't answer the question 
or address a possible problem, then I have a feeling the contest will die. 
That would be a sad thing to see.  I hope somebody sees these comments and 
does something about it.
