[PPRAANet] Fw: Rookie Roundup Contest

I made a slight mistake in my previous posting:  I would respond to a Rookie 
with "W0XXX stroke Rookie from W0RAA Dick 63 CO".  Read the Rules! 
Non-Rookies can only work Rookies.  Rookies can work other Rookies and 
non-Rookies.  Go for it.
