[PPRAANet] Rookie Roundup Contest

If you're newly licensed (2008, 2009, 2010) you qualify to operate as a 
Rookie in the ARRL Rookie Roundup Contest this weekend.  It was formerly the 
Novice Roundup.  This weekend it is SSB mode only.

The rules can be found at http://www.arrl.org/rookie-roundup.  Non-Rookies 
can work only Rookies (those who sign as "callsign/Rookie".  Call CQ "Rookie 
Roundup" on SSB. Eg: CQ Rookie Roundup this is W0XXX stroke Rookie".  If I 
were to answer you I would respond:
"W0XXX stroke Rookie from W0RAA Dick CO"  You would erespond "W0RAA from 
W0XXX stroke Rookie Carol 08 CO".  Then log the contact and move on to the 
next one.
