PPRAA members,

I have for sale a brand new scanner, the Radio Shack PRO 197 digital
trunking scanner.  This scanner will allow you to monitor all the police,
sheriff, fire, EMS, etc. communications that are a part of the Pikes Peak
region's digital 800 MHz system.  The scanner also tunes the VHF/UHF ham
bands, air traffic band, railroad, business radio, etc.

It comes with both an AC adapter for home use and a DC cable for
mobile/portable use.  A mobile mounting bracket is included plus a DIN
sleeve if you want to mount it in your dash.  A telescoping antenna is
included as well so you are ready to scan right out of the box.

The scanner is new unopened in the box, I was not able to use this one as I
had planned so it was never opened.  

I'm asking $400, and I'll deliver it to your door (in the local area).  The
scanner retails for $500.  You'll note that Radio Shack has it on sale right
now for $400 - just don't forget to add sales tax to their price.  If you're
in the Springs, I'm saving you $30 in tax in addition to the $100 discount
from the retail price, plus I'll drop it off to you!
