2nd prize:  Icom ID-800H D-STAR mobile xcvr (donated by CMRG)
3rd prize:  Icom IC-91AD D-STAR HT

Raffle tickets are in and ready for sale!  We've already
sold some at the PPRAA Christmas party.

Hamfest planning meeting scheduled:

Date:  January 10, 2009

Location:  Colorado Springs Police Dept.
           Stetson Hills Division
           4110 Tutt Blvd

Time:  1400

Agenda:

- Volunteer to produce flyer
- Need volunteers to help w/ ticket sales at Jan 17 Loveland Hamfest
- Review entire plan for hamfest

- More ...

Most pressing at this time is to have someone produce the flyer for the 
Hamfest.  THis must be complete by January 09 so we can review it at the 
January 10 planning meeting.  Microsoft Word or Microsoft Powerpoint only.


So I'm looking to have a number of people attend the meeting, those of you 
that have indicated a willingness to volunteer to make this one of the best 
hamfests yet.
