Hams in Southern Colorado, we need your help. GigaParts Online Superstore
is holding a repeater give-away, with the prize being a COMPLETE D-STAR
repeater system. This system includes the repeaters for 2M, 440, 1200 Mhz
Voice and 1200 MHz data. Their website www.gigaparts.com
<http://www.gigaparts.com> has the complete detail. The Cheyenne Mountain
Repeater Group is submitting an entry for this give-away with the plans of
installing the D-STAR repeater system on Cheyenne Mountain. Right now, CMRG
is acting as the catalyst for this project. D-STAR is the "next mode"of
amateur communications.

How can you help? Part of the entry asks us to survey the local amateur
community to show there is a true interest in D-STAR. We have posted a
simple survey on the CMRG website at www.qsl.net/cmrg
<http://www.qsl.net/cmrg> . Please go to the website, download the survey,
and send it to cmrg.survey at gmail.com <mailto:cmrg.survey at gmail.com> .
Entries are due by the end of July, so there is very little time. We are
sending in our entry on Thursday,.

Please help out by filling out the survey and sending in. Your response
will be part of CMRG's entry for the system.

If you have any questions, please contact Joe Southworth, KR0MAG at
jjen.aardvark at gmail.com <mailto:jjen.aardvark at gmail.com> or Dave Novotny,
WA6IFI at wa6ifi at comcast.net <mailto:wa6ifi at comcast.net> .

Your help and support is greatly appreciated.
