Hello everyone -- I have taken over the position of QSO Party Manager
from Steve.   I hope that I can come close to doing as good a job at
this that Steve has done. So bear with me during this next contest
event.

The mailing information in the NEWS was incorrect for my address and on
the cover sheet.

For those that wish to e-mail their logs use the following address:

If anyone uses additional reflectors or list servers for ten meters or
tenten info, please relay this information those lists for me so we can
get this new information out to as many members as possible.
