[PPRAANet] Opportunity to help a Ham

I was recently contacted by the daughter of an 85 year old, blind Ham. She
recently moved her father to the Villages at Skyline assisted living down
off of 21st Street.

According to her, he is mainly works 20m and needs help setting up an
antenna.  He has coax and balun, etc. and needs assistance setting up
something inside or on the patio/balcony. The outside option may depend
upon V. at Skyline rules. Another option could be to identify something
like an MFJ apartment antenna that she would be willing to purchase.
