This should be a very busy contest. Local times would be start at 1100  
Saturday Jan 19 and end 2300 Saturday. Since you only get points for working US  
and Canadian stations it is a little easier for low end stations to have fun.

QSO Points: NA station: 1  point per QSO

Each VE  province/territory once per band
Each North American country (except W/VE)  once per band 
Score Calculation: Total score = total QSO points x  total mults
