[PPRAANet] Reminder: Hamfest planning meeting Aug 16

It's been a couple of months since I mentioned that our first planning 
meeting would be held at the club's picnic on August 16 in this e-mail from 
June:

So I'm sending this again as a reminder.  I'm trying to start a little 
earlier this year with hopes of having a better hamfest in 2009.  When you 
come to the picnic, bring along some ideas for the prizes for 2009.  Maybe 
we can get those ordered early this year.  Also I'm going to be looking for 
more volunteers this year.  The number of volunteers we had in 2008 was 
quite a bit lower than in past years, so I'm hoping that some of you will be 
willing to take on small tasks.  The more of us that take on a single small 
task, the less burden it is on others to try to handle 10 or 15 tasks.
